Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Got my dpd tracking code saying delivery tomorrow. EE order number tracking hasn't updated though. 256gb Nat Pro Max ordered Friday 2pm.

Good luck everyone, hopefully most of us get it tomorrow.

Just gave them a call now to track my order and the guy said i should get it within 28 days ordered friday evening PM 256gb blue titanium.

iPhone PM 256gb, Ultra Watch 2. Just putting my 2 pence here. Chatted with CS this morning, still on track for tomorrow delivery, been assured multiple times my order is picked and ready for despatch. Got XKO and 02 order numbers. No DPD tracking yet. But DPD tracking can also come the morning of the delivery. So hoping for delivery tomorrow still.

Ordered the same just after 1pm. Tracking not updated and nothing from DPD

I ordered the second orders became live on Friday, however didn’t manage to get it processed till midday Saturday so looks like I’m not getting mine tomorrow (pm nat titanium).

 

Been given both 03 and 02 order numbers after asking cs multiple times - neither works to track though (this order type can’t be tracked yet).

Never actually received the confirmation email, only the text, and have had nothing from dpd so far.

Oh well guess I’ll be with you guys in November!

Seems it’s my watch coming tomorrow and chat person has said the watch will be sent tomorrow so either Saturday or Monday delivery and not as told numerous times. Not the end of the world but it’s the bs that frustrates me tbh. Phone isn’t for me either 😂

Hey all,

Just got my DPD text this morning. Ordered the Pro Max natural 512GB.

Had to finish my order via phone due to Perk code not working on the website the order was confirmed around 4pm.

Hope everyone hears back today.
