Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Still waiting on My IPhone 15 Pro max(white)  every so often I look for updates and it’s saying the same sentence “your Order is on track please relax and wait. In the mean time why don’t you get your old phone ready for your new.” ( not the exact word but on the lines of that.) I just want to know that time scale on when I should be receiving the phone so that I’m not checking every so often and I can relax.

If you’re still waiting for your phone. Don’t go off the EE tracking as that very rarely works correctly. Instead download the DPD app and use same email and phone number and address for the app that you used to make the order. As soon as DPD have you’re order the app will know and then so will you. It will at minimum give you a 2 day notice that youre phone on its way. Just check the app every day.

Anyone had experience with trade-in errors? Received this email regarding my trade-in pack (in case it diesn't display, it says there will be a £23 charge.... yes, £23.... if I don't send my iPhone 14 pro max back) and I'm now fairly obviously considering selling the old phone elsewhere and absorbing the charge!

live chat was next to useless, and 150 told me to "make sure I send it back or I'll have a large charge applied", but suspiciously couldn't tell me what that large chrge would be 😮

I've not received a return pack or anything about returning my 14 Pro.

There was an issue with my original order, the guy said it was asking me to return a 15 Pro Max (which wasn't;t theirs, my work phone) that he 'fixed' when I confirmed the order.

Wondering if I should chase them up or wait and see?

Well I finally received my 15 Pro Max 512gb NT, the kicker?! Its damaged!! Two small but noticeable dents in the titanium bezel. I only noticed it when I went to put on the screen protected they sent. I am beyond angry! 

has anyone had any experience with damaged phones? I do not want a refurbed model to be sent out in replacement so all advice welcomed

i ordered 256gb white iphone 15 pro max order was confirmed september 25th and im still waiting......still says waiting for expected delivery date.......

Really tempted to cancel and get a xiaomi14pro....

Hey there do they not mean £23 a month will be added onto your bill for the contract duration? Surely if they only charge you a single £23 they losing out big time.

Hey, I ordered the exact same model as you on the exact same date, also got the ‘awaiting confirmation’ status on my tracking. 

On Thursday (26/10/23) I was told on the chat that the waiting time is 7-8 days (I’ll attach the screenshot), so far I haven’t heard anything yet. 

From what I’ve noticed, the Blue versions are the least in demand and dispatched much quicker than others. The White versions are the highest in demand and take the longest. It doesn’t seem like it goes by priority as much as EE says, I’ve seen a few people on this community who have ordered their phones in October and have already received them (mostly Blue version) 

Hope this helps a bit.

*update* 

So, I’ve just had another conversation via the EE chat and apparently now the waiting time for my device (Pro Max White) another 28 DAYS. 

This is becoming beyond a joke, not sure why EE is handling this so poorly, a simple up to date estimated arrival would’ve helped!
