Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I've yet to receive my return pack and had my device well over a month now. If I hear nothing by Christmas I'm selling to MM for £650

Looks like people are getting DPD notifications like mad now… except for those that have ordered White Titanium models😢

Has there been any movement on the white models? Or has anyone that ordered a white model had a DPD notification/text?

I ordered my 256GB Pro Max in White Titanium on 23/09 and have heard nothing at all. I know there’s been stock issues with the white models but seeing everyone that ordered on 23/09 getting their devices sent out is making me wish I picked NT instead😅

In the same position been a month and no update when it will be sent out not even an estimated delivery date,so frustrating but no hope it will be soon and more towards the end of November start of December.

Okay my luck is horrendous, apparently they came to deliver I didn’t get no text, gone down as a missed delivery my mum was at home but didn’t hear anything, guy at ee said the phone will go back to them now and I have to re order?????? I give up

lol what?  Contact DPD they usually make one more attempt.  At the least install the app and see what re-delivery options there are.

Do you have the app? They don’t usually text right before they deliver but you get a slot. I’d recommend getting the app. If your delivery was only today you should be able to go and reschedule it for another day or if you ring DPD it may go back to the depot and you can collect from there with ID.

I have the app but didn’t get no tracking nothing from ee. I did call dpd but they said they’ll attempt it again tomorrow. The guy on the phone from ee was horrendous. But dpd have said it’s ee that will give me the pin? I thought it was dpd? So confused
