Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Mines done exactly the same. beginning to lose my patience with EE as I’m beginning to think they’re just stringing us all along! May well cancel today and give my hard earned. money to another company that at trues to be honest with its customers 😏.

What l learned yesterday, after waiting for my order, contact ee million times like the rest of people here. I decided to buy Apple Watch utra 2 from ee. I bought using myee app, then l received the order no xko… about seven pm, l rang ee and said l can’t track my order. Then l was given a very long number to track the order on DPD.. it waked. But nothing is showing on my ee, and the watch is due for delivery today between 2 & 3.
my point is even when the stock is available for our iPhone 15’s … it might shows nothing on myee, and still receive delivery notification from DPD, as many here did receive that….

Does anyone that has done the upgrade anytime know how to send back the other phone? Does EE contact you or send you a bag?

Yeah, the tracking is awful tbh but don't let that discourage you. If you believe you're in a good position in the queue (regarding when you ordered the phone) you should be getting it soon as they get more stock every week. I couldn't track my phone at all either (I didn't even get a email confirmation) yet I got it this week.

Have spoke to EE today and sadly no news, just a long waiting game. I did at least get some goodwill for the info problems I have faced. I sit and wait!

After you get your new phone you should get a bag to send your old one back. Normally within a week if your new phone arriving.

Just checked stock on the EE app and it says for the 512gb NT Pro Max usually dispatched within 7 days so I’m manifesting you get yours within then. I might change my order to this spec as I’ve heard nothing about the 216gb model, still sat on over 28 days. Been 35 days since I ordered lol
