Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My patience has ran out.. Since the mishap caused by the chat agent that cancelled my first order without my knowledge, I had to go in store to preorder but it was frustrating as they wouldn’t provide any tracking info.. Decided to call EE and asked around, apparently both black and natural 15 PM 512GB are going by 14 days delivery frame. The Blue Titanium still is 7 days. I’ve seen the blue one in store last week, didn’t like it personally so still sticking to black. Ordered it and got my new tracking number in already. Did get advised by the agent to just cancel one order if other arrives earlier (so it’s between 256 with the 28 day timeframe and 512GB with the 14 day timeframe). Wait and see but it’s keeping me sane just having that tracking number to track the 512 one. Will definitely keep you guys posted.. sorry for warbling on! 🤣🤣🤣

I have a Platinum Grey 256 on order for 10 days. They said 7 days for blue or 3 weeks for  grey. I stupidly believed them so ordered the grey. CS  now say at least 28 days today when I called. They looked at every colour and memory size. All more than 28 days. They should not be allowed to say this just to get an order.

I've rarely seen any movement regarding 1 TB of any PM colours. I'll give them until the 18th, and then I'll phone EE and see what is going on.

Gotta Love that weekly text every Monday at 11am telling you absolutely nothing. I ordered on the 18th, 15 Pro Max Blue Titanium 256gb however i ended up changing the color to the 256gb Titanium black. my confirmation was on the 24th. i recently seen somebody order the same as me a few  days ago and got the phone in also a few days. what sort of crap is this EE. As a new customer nothing about this screams the UKs number 1 network especially with the same textbook scripts your CS associates are always preaching. utterly disappointing. 

The website states 14 days for 512GB at the moment and all the blue last week that said 3 days got shippers out next working day

I don't think order number means anything if im honest. 
or first come first served ( if it’s within a couple of days) 

my friend ordered his PM NT 256GB on pre order day and I ordered mine day after. He got his a day after I got mine. He got messages. And I got nothing but my DPD text. 

my partner ordered a PM Blue 512 and it shipped next day. I have a new order on the way and when I ordered it said 28 days +. It now says online within 14 days. So it’s clearly just stock dependent

Contrary to popular belief, there is evidence to suggest EE fulfil orders on a first come, first serve basis.


As with any experiment results there are outliers that are either inaccurate or anomalies. The vast majority, however are being sent out based on order number, lowest first.
