Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
I am in exactly the same position as you. I ordered on 15th but phoned on the 19th to change the colour but instead my order was cancelled so had to start a new order. I’m in Scotland too - ordered a 15PM NT 256gb - delivery due end of October! I swear I’m wishing this month away lol 😂
Just gets worst really. Ordered same day as you around 8:30am same colour & spec - no DPD notification. Just spoke to EE who have finally confirmed - it’s not FCFS and the warehouse is just allocating to whatever order in front of them! So no real indication when I’ll get my phone tbh. All they could say is if not received by 14th call back and they’re escalate as it will be over the agreed 28 days!
Just had a DPD text saying they’re expecting my parcel.

Ordered 16th, didn’t get a 0033 number, just a 002 and an xko one. Been a long near month of waiting but glad to see everyone in the 1TB gang get their texts today.
Complete joke now at this stage! I’ll just cancel if not received on the 14th after i get whatever compensation they offer! Keep my 14 PM - pay off the bill and next year sell it to put towards buying outright from Apple and go on a sim only! EE been laughable with this release! They have no idea **bleep** they’re doing.
