Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Mine says it’s due Monday too but if I remember correctly last year it came on Saturday. Mines already on route to my depo. So here’s hoping it’s tomorrow 🤞🏻

I think I'm going to call up today just to see what they say. I've ordered the NT 256 PM but I'll be getting a case for it. 

My current phone battery life is shot and just need an upgrade

Does it matter what colour if it will always have a case on?

I have cancelled my order and now gone to Vodafone for £12.50 cheaper a month and get my phone on Tuesday.

EE's customer service is shocking bad, spoke to someone on the phone about my upgrade for the NT Pro max and said if I wanted the 512 midnight blue would be an extra £17 per month!! Jokers, I have now enquired about buying out the rest of my contract on my watch that ends in March. Been with EE since they were Orange and goes to show loyalty isn't a two way street.

Thanks Leanne, there is no specific mention of Blue Light Card, is that included in 'First Responders'?

Can it be added mid contract or only at point of sale?

This is the perk discount and can only applied at point of ordering or within 30 days, when you take out a new contract or upgrade with an eligible plan.

Absolutely rubbish that different colours of the same phone have a different price. EE really said **** the customers this year

I was able to add my blue light discount mid contract no problem. Did it over live chat & all I had to do was send my ID via email to a manager & it was set up there & then
