Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Hi Guys,

I received my new phone but I’ve not yet received my returns package for returning my old phone.

has anybody else been given a price for not returning their old iPhone 14 pro max 256gb?

just curious as a friend said he’d be interested if it’s a decent price but EE can’t offer me this info now as my order has gone through as an anytime upgrade return.

With lots of people cancelling their 256 blue orders for the 512 blue orders I’m hoping that means the rest of us get our phones quicker 🤞 I preordered the blue 15PM 256GB and have a waiting time of 20-24th October , I just hate waiting!

They will apply a non-return fee to your account for the amount of appx £550.

Decided to follow everyone else and go with GiffGaff. Ordered with GG about 5pm, got my DPD notification about 8pm when I was on the phone to EE cancelling. Hoping DPD will deliver tomorrow.

Overall, I’ve got a cheaper deal with EE they upped my F&F to 50%. Saving £5 by splitting, and getting 5x as much data, and a new phone in 3 days. Win win win.

Finally received my tracking info and pin for my 15 pro max 512gb blue for delivery on Monday 🤩. Good luck to everyone waiting on the 256gb NT pro max, you’re certainly more patient than me
