Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Sorry everyone the excitement took over 🤣 Just got my notification on the DPD app, no pin yet? But I ordered the 15 PM NT 256GB, confirmation email was at 21:30 on the 15th of sept!

When I ordered it said expect within 14 days , I ordered Sat morning , confirmation at 11am. So if things are moving now then this time frame makes sense now .

So can anyone help here? I've got my notification via the DPD app - but no text with a pin? Can I ring EE tomorrow to get the pin? Can I just use my ID to get the parcel? How will this work?

Not everyone gets a pin. You usually only get a pin if you are new to using DPD or any delivery service

what notifications are people getting is it from dpd in a text message or email or something?
