Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Does it depend on when you ordered? I ordered mine on the 17th?

I’m not sure, but I ordered mine on the 15th and got my confirmation at 745pm

Just a thought… I’m curious how EE are telling everyone that you will recieve your phone within the time frame you were given when you placed the order, but don’t actually have any record themselves of what the timeframe was when the order was placed? 🤔 

I also have not received any other communication from EE other than the “stop calling us” text everyone received on the 21st, so a little worried about what is going on with my order. 

I went into store the other day and they did explain that the warehouse has to fulfil your order within 28days of it being received. If they cannot fulfil your order by this date, then someone will call you to let you know. It’s also written in the small print of the order confirmation you should have received when you placed your order.

Yeah I’m thinking of cancelling my order sending back the watch and pre ordering the new pixel 8 pro. I’ll give them till the 4th then pull the trigger
