Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Talking about the dates your phone is manufactured is easy to find. If you goto: Settings, general, legal and regulatory and then scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see where and the exact date your phone was built.

I believe because it is an ‘open order’ it wont show on your app. Only on the link with the order ref and email used. I have the same issue. Your order is in, you’re fine. 👍🏾

I don't even get updates…Lol. NGL feeling a little left out even if it is a generic update being pushed to a few! Hahaha.

Feeling so left out for not getting the updates. Constantly checking this forum as well in hope to see someone else getting a notification from DPD about a black PM specifically. I’m going nuts 😂😂

I pre ordered mine on the Tuesday and was told it would be delivered hopefully on the release date but should be by the Tuesday. Still hadn’t come by Friday so phoned and got told it’s still over 28 days before dispatch is even expected. Looks like it could be end of October/start of November before actually getting it 😮‍💨
