Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Can you sort the Order number from lowest to highest on the input tab? Don't think this has been done

It's not really possible on the submission form. However, there is an ALL tab which is sorted by phone size only

Mines on the list as a 1tb but it’s a 256gb. Cell seems to be locked so can’t change it

That's my fault. there was a handful of people earlier that had posted their order/phone/size here which I used to build and test. Must of gotten it wrong.

went to the EE store in Brent Cross yesterday they had iPhone 15s in stock , they had the pros but no pro max .I would have taken one there and then but didnt have ID to complete my upgrade , so ill just wait for my online order \

but from hearing that they bend and snap easy and overheat I might just cancel

I've been seeing the reports on the snapping/breaking and overheating and me and my partner have been considering the Plus as a 2nd option. But we'll see.

Can someone with the necessary skills put together a cut-and-paste message to customer services, which is unbearably passive aggressive asking for compensation? Something that they cannot argue themselves out of?
