Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have been told various promises on the chat. All of them nonsense. So I wouldn’t believe it to be honest.

Complained and wanted some form of compensation and didn't even get the £30 like others have got.. got a measly £10!

Better than nothing I suppose. Hoping that I get a text by the end of the week that it's in stock but doubting it now. It's just a phone at the end of the day, but the point is you shouldn't give timescales and then not fulfil them just to get a sale.

2 x 1tb pm ordered instantly on the 15th, one in white one in natural. The white one has literally just been delivered, the natural..... who know when that will get here.

Just had another chat via the live chat. This time it was regarding number porting for my partner's order but I thought I'd ask about my own order (15PM NT 256GB ordered 15th Sept 21:30) and the update today after the usual "It's Apple who supplies we just send them out when we get them" they then replied with "However I can see stocks been updated so you can expect the device soon. I have added detailed notes so when it's out for delivery you will be notified automatically". Who knows, will I be one of the lucky ones tonight?

(Probably not but it's nice to dream 😂)
