Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

my order is still live right now btw i just checked so not sure what they did
i also ordered a blue pro 1tb for my sister which was delivered yesterday but still showing as awaiting confirmation on EE tracking LOL

I’m hoping those who ordered Friday and Saturday will get them within the next 7 to 14 days. Not sure for Saturday evening or Sunday though. They might be on the 28 day period.

I’m hoping it will be here by next Friday, from what my email says it says within 14 days from confirmation, so gonna go off that.

Are you sure it’s 14 from confirmation? And not 14 from release? As mine was the same.

Oh look another email from EE telling me it’s on track despite not arriving yesterday!
I’ve been promised a call back yesterday which didn’t happen. Told by a chat agent it would be dispatched by close of play which wasn’t. I’ve then been told 28 days this morning. Then transferred to billing for no reason, then told 14 days, then a supervisor has again advised 28 days again - all while they try and blame Apple, who I could have bought from on release day for collection same day. Funny that.
No ownership, no consistent messaging and still no idea what is going on with my order. God forbid they equip their agents to handle this or make a statement, even say sorry in the emails rather than use the words on track 24 hours after I should have had the phone.
