iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Can I ask - when you say you got tracking info through, what did you get? I pre-ordered on the Friday at about 7pm and all I got was an order confirmation, no tracking info?

I wonder whether they have prioritised the orders of people which have selected an upfront cost.

The order confirmation should have an order number that you can use to tracker your order.

I was told I would have it today when I preordered.

I’ve heard nothing at all 

whole preorder experience wasn’t the best. However do understand the pressure 

in 10 years I have been with EE I have never waited for a preorder 

oh well life goes on

This demand every September for the last 10 years should not come as a surprise to EE.

I paid £30 online upfront - got the “call us to complete order” message so called them up, and then they asked for an extra £20 for upfront costs over the phone.

So I’ve paid upfront twice for one phone and haven’t received it.
