Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Pre ordered my iPhone 15 pro max 258gb on Friday 4pm but had to call as we wanted more information didn’t get it through till Tuesday morning through customer services so no chance of getting it tomorrow

I'm hoping I get contact from the complaint that I have raised. The complaint was that EE had the wrong device on my account. I wanted to preorder the PM1TB in Blue, but the online account isn't saying the 'right' device according to EE, so instead of being a £100 upgrade fee, it's now £300. I was really looking forward to getting the iPhone this month.

There was somebody else saying they never called up and the order still went through so fingers crossed for you!

Ring customer services and ask them to put you through to the executive complaints team on the phone I had to do that last year might be worth a try

I raised a complaint with them. For a number of issues. The ordering process. Site down. Having to get a call back. Being told I would get the phone tomorrow. To now being told 28 days when I called. To be being told on the chat just now that I will get tracking tomorrow. 🤷 just poor.

Ok, I will do that, hopefully, something happens. I know that it's a wait for the new iPhone, I just don't want to shell out £300.
