Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

just checked my iphone 14 pro max pre order last year and i did not receive the dpd notification until 9pm so there’s still plenty of time for us all too get a notification (: i really hope i get one soon haha. good luck!

I’ve just spoken to someone on the chat facility and they said they are only shipping out orders made on launch day today. I placed mine at 830am on Saturday and she said 2-3 working days from today? 

Didn’t make any sense whatsoever as she said some orders will be received today. Unbelievable.

That's a lie as alot of us have not heard anything and people who ordered in Saturday/Sunday are receiving DPD tracking. Beyond frustrating.

I’ve got my dpd confirmation to say my pro max is now with the carrier and will be delivered tomorrow…awesome 🙂

Nonsense. I ordered just after 1pm last Friday and mine hasn’t even been picked yet

I've just gone through my emails from when I ordered my 14 Pro Max last year, and I didn't get an email notification until 6pm, so fingers crossed all will be fine!
