Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

EE say a lot of things,, mostly it will be with you soon, or on track.. I don't trust them at all anymore and that's rather bad lol. Been with EE 10 years!

I have changed my order from 256 NT which I ordered on 20th of September to 512 NT based on this but now I’m not sure it was good decision. Did it on Friday and since than nothing 😞

Oh no!! I had to go into the EE shop on Saturday to get an eSIM changed back to a normal sim. And I asked if I was to change to the 512 would if definitely be dispatched within 7 days. The response was “it should be yeah”. She didn’t sound very convincing. So I decided to stick with the 256 and hope for the best

I’ve been with then 4 years and have never had an issue. Other than the recent  extortionate price increase earlier in the year. Almost £9 per contract. This is the first time I’ve pre ordered the newest iPhone. So guess I didn’t realise the should be so long. Don’t think I’ll early up grade again though.

I changed mine to 512 NT also, but on saturday. Havent heard nothing atm also.

however ee shop shows : 512 NT dispatched in 1 day, and 256 NT dispatched within 3 days ….

I spoke to complaints about the 512gb NT as it said dispatched in 7 days and they told me even though it said that, they had no stock in and get stock updates daily so I’ll be honest with you all, I wouldn’t believe anyone says regards to stock and if and when you’ll get it. It’s going to be a waiting game for the dpd text if anything. I’ve stuck with the 256gb, and I guess it’ll be November I’ll get it, so that’ll be 50 days waiting:/

Yeah I was tired of waiting for the 256 NT… it had already been 5 weeks so I gave up. I will see how this week goes, if I do receive the device ill stick to the Pro Max, if not I might just give up on it .. 

CS are just full of it anyway, they just tell you whatever you want to hear..

I wonder if they’re likely to get a delivery tonight/tomorrow and the NT  512’s will go out then?

Not sure. But it does look like it since the stock availability in the EE shop only changed today. High possibility I believe

At this stage I’m just going to wait until November and if it doesn’t turn up I will cancel upgrade this year and stick with my 14 pro max for one more year.
