Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256GB, exactly what I’ve ordered with EE. It was pure luck, I refreshed my tab and there were 4 left so managed to get one. It says next day delivery with DPD on my confirmation email but considering I’ve ordered so late, I’m guessing it’ll come on Thursday 🤞🏽

I got my 256GB PM BT delivered on the 29th. I’d been on this thread here every single day. With everyone’s contributions, I thought the wait was a year long. Afterwards, I checked, and it was only a week late 😅😎

Thank God you said this, managed to order one from them after seeing your comment. Why didn’t you order and cancel with EE? Would’ve saved you waiting until November

Hi mate. Didn’t get the DPD message for the 256 NT PM I ordered on 15th tonight after all👎🏾. Happy for everyone else. Even saw someone who ordered on 27th get their DPD message tonight. God knows what’s happened to mine.

Anyone else's EE tracking page down when i go on to EE tracking it says its unavailable?

I have a question. 

for everyone who I assume missed the trade in deadline for their old device due to stock issues. How did you fix the charge added to your next bill? 

I was told on the phone that the 14 day deadline counts from when you receive your device and not when you get the trade in envelope. Other than what i was told I'm not certain on what to do other than contact EE to amend the billing.

It has never worked for me. There’s a whole bunch of us that can’t get why tracking info since ordering and EE dint know why.
