Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m in identical situation! Paid for VIP but parcel not collected yet, and a million messages from EE about my benefits changing and welcome to new plan. @OblivionX what are you saying? X

Ordered a 15PM natural titanium 256GB on the 15th in store. Got confirmation at 5:30pm. I paid for special delivery and it’s now saying expected between 6th - 10th October. As I paid for the special delivery for it to be delivered between 6pm-10pm, will that still happen? As thinking I may need to book time off to receive the phone?

I did, they told me they can’t do anything really until the phone arrives so that way they know how long the delay actually was so they can provide compensation in line with how long I had to wait or sommat
probably won’t be much, just like £10/£20 off your bill but I’ll take anything

Mine confirmed (after having to confirm some details) at 11:18am on the 16th - I now (as of this morning) have a delivery estimate of 13th - 17th October

Just had a tracking update! They’ve collected my parcel and is on its way to my local depot.

EE are only offering £30 compensation for the lies and miss communication. One can choose to reject it. It will go as far as the ombudsman 8 weeks later who will only confirm what happened and EE apologised and will do better next time with training etc. Take the £30 offered and stay tuned to the thread here for updates. Depending on when you ordered you’ll get a rough time frame from here when to expect your delivery more so than you will from EE. All about a waiting game now sadly. Welcome to thread… 🤘🏾
