Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

So bevause I fly Thailand on Friday morning and thats probably when the DPD would deliver my phone I decided to get the phone from APPLE dorectly and just somehow now managed to buy one PM BT 512GB and will pick it up tomorrow from APPLE store.

Originaly went with PM NT 256 with EE but I am tired of waiting and I have time until 5 pm tomorrow. if I get dpd notification today from DPD and it will say delivery by no later than Thrusday I will cancel Apple order but if not then I will call EE tomorrow evening and cancel the order and change to Sim Only plan which I would have to do anyway because I will not return until end of October. 

My delivery window from EE is 6-10 october which is a shame as if it was not for early flight on 6th and not having anyone to pick the phone I wouod stay with that order.

From my EE chat right now

, it is humans who make mistakes and need a chance to improve, we here representing EE never want our customers to face any trouble. Trust me the iphone 15 pro max is still not delivered to any customer as EE don't has it available in stock at the moment.

Seems like it’s been a quiet night then, not really any movement with DPD notifications I’m guessing

Got my DPD text with pin at 1830 earlier. 
PM BT 256 ordered 0930 on the 16th. Order No. 0033080.  

Not confirmed as received by DPD yet so will probably get it tomorrow or Thursday. 
EE tracking still says 6-10th Oct

edit: DPD App says they have recd order details and are expecting my package shortly.

Are deliveries into the warehouse Monday and Wednesday? Are we likely to have a batch of DPD texts tomorrow evening? 🤞🏻

Giffgaff just had some iPhone 15 Pro Max’s come in stock so I’ve ordered with next day delivery. We’ll see if that comes before my EE order or not and then I’ll cancel the other 👍🏽
