Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

My reservation was confirmed just before this, so they must have had a couple! I’m in Suffolk so the distance was doable for me.

So I was late ordering this year wasn’t sure I’d upgrade but EE are back typically telling us anything. I was told in 24 hours I would have a text to say when stock is expected in. How havent they learnt from previous years 😂 make a script & get everyone to stick to it

I have just spoken to EE and they advised maximum time from the date you ordered is 28 days til delivery, but they’re getting them out in around 14 days.

I was told 14 days after release date when I phoned EE the first time, the second time I was told over 28 days
