iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I still have no 0033 number, so I can’t even track it like you can, ordered the 15th Sept confirmed via email at 21:30 that night. 15 PM 256GB Natural Titanium 🤷‍♀️

Ordered my iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB Natural Titanium on the 16th. Tried to place an order on the 15th but due to system issues it wouldn’t go through. I rang up on the 16th at 8am, and I got my email order confirmation at 08:35am. I was told by the agent “you’ll get your phone on launch day”, which is the same as when I ordered the 12PM, 13PM and 14PM - I always got it on launch day. Launch day came and went and I haven’t had the phone yet. I’ve been told my agents on the phone different things:

- you’ll get the phone WITHIN 28 days

- you’ll get the phone AFTER 28 days

-you’ll be one of the first to get their phone because you were one of the first bunch to place an order for the phone.

I’ve had no texts or emails since my email confirmation on the 16th confirming my order was placed. The email did give me an order number: 0033079997. Now going into week 3 of waiting🫠🫠🫠 I don’t think anyone has any clue what’s happening when I ring up, I was told EE are getting daily deliveries from Apple now for new devices and they’re delivering everything on a first come first serve basis, so those who pre ordered the phone will get it first, followed by everyone else… but WHEN am I going to get mine🫠🫠🫠

Mine been the same since i placed my order first thing Saturday morning - 16th. No change, the only update I got was on the 21st with the standard text sent to most about my order being on track blah blah. Since then, NOTHING. Im over the 14 day window now so hoping I’ll get mine with the 28 day window. If not will cancel and just hold onto my 14 PM for a year and pay it off. Upgrade next year direct with Apple and trade the 14 in to put towards it then move to a SIM only.

 Hi all. Ordered a 15 Pro Max 256gb in black 16 September 11am . Like everyone been checking this page every hour it feels due to having hardly contact from EE. From being told I’ll definitely have it on release date then to 14 days and now to they don’t know. But had this come up on my ordered tracker and also a text today and does anyone know what they mean by “soon”?

I’ve tried, at least 5 times via chat and 4 times over the phone. They just say I won’t get it until the phone is dispatched. Absolutely none of them will give me one 🤷‍♀️

I think everyone that ordered their pro max (apart from blue) from 16th onwards needs to realise that it said over 28 days at that point. By the sounds of it some people were told lies but I was always told over 28 days and it said the same online at that point. Online it was saying within 14 days at 1pm on the 15th and then quickly moved to within 28, and over 28 in the evening. 

I know it would be lovely if ee could provide us with a date, but by the sounds of it they aren’t really getting it from Apple. Ultimately this is an Apple issue - all networks are seeing this. 

I think you’ll need the accept that some ee reps told fibs, but by the looks of things the actual ee system did have correct estimates.

Just got off the phone to ee the people who ordered on the 19th of September are looking at getting their phone on the 19th of October roughly but we’re just to keeo checking as could come before just depends.

I agree, it’s just annoying that they seem to tell everyone something different. When I placed my order first thing on the morning of the 16th, I was told I would be getting my 15PM 256GB NT on launch day so hearing that wouldn’t have made me think I would be waiting anywhere near the 28 day period
