Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Was a week after I ordered. I ordered on sat 16, confirmed on Monday 18th, 0033 on 26th

Ordered mine morning of 17th - just getting fed up of actually no communication. Last I heard was an email to let me know they are waiting on deliveries from apple. This was the 25th September …

I ordered on the 16th and apart from one text on the 21st I've heard nothing, no text, emails or any updates on my EE tracking page. It's been a communication blackout.

I will be canceling my order on Thursday  if not delivered by Wednesday 😭 As I will return from holiday in beginning of November it makes more sense to just go through Apple directly at this point… Sim only plan it is… It will actually work out cheaper after looking at the plans. 

If it was not for the holiday I would wait with EE but they said that if the phone is not delivered the whole order will be canceled once its returned back to them.
