Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

It’s definitely automated for 7 days. I just received the same message today, after confirming order on sat 16th, so a day later than others and my message came a day later too

as im still waiting for mine as it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since I’ve ordered?

Pitlivkas what model you order mate?? My friend mark who’s got his did the same as you, tried to call at 13:00 when the systems went down like everyone else but called back and got his order through by 19:00.. he received his on release day, 15 PM NT 512gb…

I didn’t call back until the following morning at 9am for the same model/size. A couple others on here did the same called the next day at 8am for the PM NT and received theirs Monday / Tuesday this week!!!

I called CS on Thursday to see if they had an update. The chap told me I would have to wait 28 days from order date. Friday morning had woken to a DPD text and it was delivered Friday lunchtime. This is for the PM blue 256.  So think they are just telling everyone that it’s 28 days as they are reading of a card. Good luck on your orders.

I ordered mine Tuesday 26th and still haven’t had a text or email about my delivery or even a estimate date still waiting

Just home from work and the 15 PM 1TB WT was delivered today at 3pm, I didn’t get a text from DPD until way after 11pm last night and that it was at Hinkley, due for Monday Delivery but I know from experience that DPD 99.9% of the time say that on a Friday (I get a lot of Saturday 4K & Bluray delivers via them from HMV) and then I get a text just after 9am this morning that they will be delivering today (Saturday) haven’t had time to check the phone out yet but if you can mark my order number as delivered that would be great. I do feel guilty after seeing so many people not even get the order number yet and I ordered on the 16th just as they opened up online.

It might have something to do with color and 256gb model to be fair, NT PM 256 will be harder to get than any other models I’m assuming!

Yeah most probably I did think the WT any GB would be a tied seller, to be fair I have always had a white/silver iPhone and I really wanted to take advantage of the new camera with the storage being 1TB and me not being at my Mac as much as most, hopefully everyone gets it sorted within the “28” days business.
