Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.
I have preordered the same on 15th over the phone. Confirmation email came through at 9am on the 16th. Received the sms on 21st saying no need to call. But received nothing since
I ordered the same and I’ve only got an 02 number that doesn’t work. Aside from a couple of outlier black pro max in here, there has been nothing for the vast majority of us who ordered the same. We’ve been forgotten.
Yeah man, I totally get you. I ordered the same model on the 16th and no update whatsoever. I haven't even gotten my 0033 number and my tracking number doesn't let me track it. They told me on the phone that White Pro Max was on high demand and that's why we're gonna have to wait for like 28 days. Unbelievable.
Congrats man. Enjoy it. No need to feel guilty. EE are the ones thats caused this fiasco and i’m absolutely convinced orders are not gonna be filled via FCFS. Whatever system they’re using its a random pick and ship. The rest of us just gotta sit tight and hopefully over the next week - ours will start to trickle through like yours did. Yep. It’s the most pre-ordered storage/colour out of all of them according to a friend at Apple and based on comments here! Gonna be a long wait sadly!
