Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Exactly same position as you mate same colour and all although I ordered later in the evening. Just out of curiosity mine stated 'Usually dispatched within 28 days.' What about yourself?

Got a text yesterday though saying: 

Hi, EE here. We're really sorry there is a short delay receiving your new iPhone from the manufacturer. There is no need to call us, your order is secure and as soon as we receive your new device we will get it to you as quickly as possible.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

1TB PM NT and still nothing. On the EE tracking page the only message I have is *Your Pre-order is confirmed " from 10am on the 16th and still shows awaiting, that's it.  

The only communication I've received from EE is that text from the 21st to say don't bother calling. Since then absolutely nothing. For a communication company they really can't communicate very well.

Exact same as me. although I ordered the 256GB PM BT. Still says Your Pre-rder is confirmed

I ordered the 256 PM White and still got had a good news update to my tracker and my number is 0033073

you should get a dpd tracking number soon in that case. judging my other peoples experiences

On chat to EE tonight about the exact same thing. Advisor lied 3 times, I proved them wrong so they disconnected from chat. I will be putting in a formal complaint tomorrow.

I didn't bother them for over a week. 

I just couldn't bear with people kept lying to me over and over.

We probably have better idea with stock movement than the CS tbh.

Don’t trade in your device you’ll get less money , my iPhone pro max titanium blue arrived today and I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max into Carphone Warehouse and  got £519 , you can check value by googling Carphone Warehouse sell my phone

I guess so. I want to wait and see how much they will charge me. Music magpie is offering me over £600 for my phone
