Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Well cs said to me tonight 14 days from release day - iPhone 15 pro max 256gb, 03308. So should be next week we will see I guess

I suppose it’s just how you view it! Optimistic with disappointment or pessimistic with joy if it does or doesn’t get delivered

If this were for me, I will just keep the whole fiasco aside and simply wait. When it comes to a gift for missus, I keep banging on about 24/7 reading every message here for delivery update.😅

Haven’t been on here in a couple years, but been following this thread for the last couple weeks. 

Ordered a NT PM 1TB on the Friday, order confirmed on the Saturday morning. Was told launch day delivery, didn’t happen. Was told “up to 14 days” that’s now passed, was told this Thursday, again, didn’t happen.

Only got a 02 number which I had to phone up twice to get, can’t get an 03 number because my phone hasn’t been dispatched (even though majorly of folk do, and can track their order) but still unable to track mine.

Got the one passive aggressive text last week about “stop calling us” and haven’t had any contact since. 

Has anyone had any movement on NT PM 1TB yet? I’m honestly fed up of being lied to multiple times about delivery, I wouldn’t have minded the wait, but as long as I was updated on what was going on, I’m in the dark and have zero idea when I’m actually gonna get my new phone.

I went to check my order and it said no orders found, which is new. so frantically got on chat with EE to confirm that the order is still progressing. Thankfully it is. It turns out that there are two ways to check order. As i was logged in an googled track ee order it took me to the "logged in" version where it is not showing. But if I use the link in the email it shows still

I have the 1 TB Pro Max Nat and I’ve heard nothing other than the “no need to call us” messages. My order confirmation was on 15/09 after 9pm

Ordered 16th 11am 256gb NT PM - still had nothing other than pre order confirmed on tracking and the your order is on track text on 21st  .
