Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Naa, doesn't work with either. When I contacted EE yesterday they said it's because it's not dispatched yet 🙄

Exactly. It covers all 256G  colour way except blue. Conned message for sure.

Do you have the same message update?

some have had the update tracking then a DPD text so not so sure it’s a “canned” message

I’ve received no update or text from EE or DPD!

When looking at the order tracking I do not have the update others get. Don’t think it’s just a random message!

i have ordered a 256gb 15PM NT 

ordered on the 15th and 13:50pm 

only have an 02 number, no confirmation email only a text on 21st saying my order is on track 

anyone else in the same boat ?

So mines getting delivered tomorrow but haven’t had the thing where you get like a million texts about your new contract yet
