Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Did your tracking pull through to the app? Double check details or you can manually input your tracking number if you have that handy. My and my partner’s phones both had pins. But I’ve been following the thread since the start and if DPD haven’t given you a pin, you don’t need one. They might (probably will) ask for ID so either have it handy or if you’re not home give your ID to your mum or something so she can show them in case she’s asked for it. I had nothing from EE re pin, only DPD. I don’t think they’ve rolled out the pin method to the whole of the UK yet so some are still using ID on high-value items.

Just had your iPhone 15PM 256 NT delivered, ordered 23/09. I never got a PIN, or any other correspondence.

So spoke to ee again for the 3rd last the last time the girl put me on hold and cut me off. But it’s okay

she updated my number and email through logistics and supply chain I think they messed it up hence why I didn’t get any updates. She said I should get my pin in the morning tomorrow before they try re deliver to let’s see

Heyy, yess I ordered a 256GB WT on 19/09 to London and it’s out for delivery today, I think there is still possibility to see movement on yours 🙂

Just spoke to ee and they said it should be sometime this week but I don’t know whether to believe that. WT pro max 256

So I feel little disappointed to say the least. Initially ordered NT 256 pro max on 20/09. Waited patiently until last week Friday when I was told it could be few more weeks to wait. I have looked into the store online and seen 512 NT version dispatching within 7 days so made decision to change my order. That was 6 days ago ( 4 not counting weekend) and since than nothing so I doubt it is 7 days they claim. Now I think I made a mistake changing my order. I have decided to wait 7 working days until next Tuesday and if the phone won’t arrive I won’t bother anymore as it is not worth it.

Got delivery of my phone today on day 29. I know not half the wait some people have had but my god what an experience! 
no text messages or emails from ee or DPD but notified via the DPD app. Had I not had this, I wouldn’t have had a clue it was coming!

for reference ordered 25/9 and got a 512 PM NT (which looks absolutely gorgeous - it is worth the wait!)

Awww dear, sorry to hear that.. l was asked to cancel my order on the 23 of this month, l refused. Guess what l wake up today and check my DPD l saw delivery 🚚 today. And l have my phone

Na it’s a 13 pro that I bought outright as long story short my 13 PM I had contract with got stolen so I opted to trade this phone in, save like £14 a month or something so I’m surprised they haven’t asked for it yet but yeah I’m going to wait a bit and if nothing then I’ll sell it for more money. (It’s in pristine condition)
