Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Ordered 2 phones on 15th with anytime upgrade, called back on 19th to ‘confirm details’ but actually that seems like the real date i got in the queue.   Was told both would arrive launch day.

Has anyone around that timeframe or after received any NT pro max 1TB?

 

Also the usual return pack hasn’t arrived for either of them.  

When I ordered they kept saying ‘it should arrive on launch day but it’s just an estimate’ far too often.  It’s my 4th anytime upgrade so I’m really use to the process, usually they’re not saying that so often!

it really sounds like they knew this was happening much sooner that they’re making out.

(Checked the spreadsheet and..  0033112 pro max 1TB arrived 1/10/23 is the closest one)

Off work with a cold so I’m going to raise a complaint - while I’m dying or boredom!  20 year + customer so let’s see what they say.

Usual stuff about we rely on Apple and we pass on all we can about delivery and they’re estimates etc.

Gave them a few home truths and raised to Exectuive Customer Resolutions.

Will let you know what happens and the specific issues I have above and beyond this upgrade debacle after they respond.

Glad a bunch of people got theirs today. I'm still impatiently waiting, hoping mine will still come this week.

If you don’t mind could you confirm phone type, colour, storage size, and first 7 digits of order number when you post it’s arrived :). It helps everyone else quickly see for their own type where the deliveries have got to.

I ordered my 15PM NT on 25/09, no order number, just a confirmation email on the same day, should i be chasing an order number with EE or just leave it till they have stock?

Might come later this week or next.. Probably no point calling them as they never seem to have much info at hand. Mine was on system 21st and got it today so they are finally coming out.
