Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Forget about the 28 days. I pre-ordered mine on the 16th and im still waiting. It is what it is

Same here. Swapped my original order of NT 256 for 512GB a few weeks back thinking it would come sooner as it’s less in demand than the 256. Just the usual email every week to expect delivery 30 Oct - 03 Nov.

When i first upgraded my phone to IPHONE 15 PM 256 NT i got an email saying order confirmed, yesterday i got an email say your order is on track but when i track it still says awaiting confirmation!! What does the 'order is on track' email mean...???? i want my phone 😞

I was just on a call with the CS to ask about my order for a PM 256 Black placed on 22nd Sep (over the phone); they told me the waiting period is still 28 days which will be this Thursday but I should give it a few more days until next Monday to call them again if I don't receive it by then.

Well, disappointing; but that's the latest update from me.

I upgraded my contract and phone almost 2 weeks ago. Never had a single text/email from EE apart from the order tracking number. I'm still waiting to get anything regarding when I can expect to receive my device. I have the Apple Watch Ultra2, just sitting around waiting for the iPhone to arrive. I never had any expected delivery date, I did speak to someone last week at EE, and they told me 28 days from ordering. This means I'm looking at around the 1st of Nov at the earliest, though if they have any in-store they'll send it earlier. I've seen people who are waiting longer than 28 days. For context, I ordered the PM in BluT  1TB on the 4th of oct.

same boat as you, got the same phone too and I ordered on the 20th, all I've had is "thanks for your order" and that's it. No tracking or anything.

Well that's interesting,,, Natural Titanium on EE's website in 512GB says normally dispached in 14 days so must of got some stock in today as that has only changed today. The other two sizes are still over 28 days however.

NT 15PM 256Gb ordered on the 20th also heard nothing. Only got an 02 reference number when I asked the complaints team (unrelated issue) a few weeks back, but that doesn't work in the tracker either.
