Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

You'll be waiting a while, I ordered on the 20th last month and I've heard nothing yet.

I presume you ordered online and have a ref number but not the 033 one, right?

If that’s the case, I’d see if anyone on here ordered Blue Titanium PM in your storage capacity (256, 512, or 1TB)  on or around 5th Oct. Even better indication would be if they have a 033 number so you can compare it to the spreadsheet

I've ordered a PM 256 Black on 22nd Sep. and haven't heard anything yet; I can't even see the record in "Orders".

Did you order on the web? Apparently you don't get the 0033 number or whatever if you order online weirdly.

Yes on the web but my order went through the problems EE website and apps were struggling with for many days at that time and I called them to confirm and place the order; so I don't have a 0033 number.

Congratulations lol, and this means that the 4 people ahead of you on the spreadsheet should also have had at least received texts on their 256 Blues (ideally, if first come first serve is a thing)

One of the 4 ahead of me posted the other day that they had received their text but it hadn’t been updated
