Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Web, but I'm unsure on how the hell the handle their orders now if phone orders get an 0033 number but web orders don't, surely they'd just use the same system for everything but who knows anymore.

Nope still not arrived. I’m a 0333. I think I’m in the same boat as others trying to get the same spec as me. The only odd thing is the 0335 being marked as delivered for 1TB NT

Honestly ridiculous now… my order number is 0033099 and not a sign of a phone yet… . 28 days is up tomorrow . A complete joke.

My mistake it was someone else I marked as delivered.

Just looked into it, and he never got a 0033 number, which is why he put 0033 '567'. He placed his order on the 15th so it's likely to be between 0033065 and 0033075.

Ahh that’s why, I just hope/suspect it’s more of a system sync issue rather than you not having a number. Definitely something that EE need to fix. All we want is information

I got told by CS that my phone would be here within a week, but that doesn't make any sense considering some people here ordered days before me and there's isn't due until early November.

Did they order the exact same spec phone as you? Same colour and storage?

Ordered 3rd October (0033499) blue pm 256gb to be told a 7 day dispatch rang numerous times over the week.

Rang back today, change to the blue pm 512gb (0033725)  and will be guarantee delivery by Monday so will see if it arrives.

he told me because everyone ordered the lowest fb that why the 512 is being sent because they have loads of stock and natural titanium is the most popular out of all this year 

a little bit extra but nothing drastic
