Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Is anyone else unable to use the track my order thing when I try it says ee are trying to fix it & to try again later, I’ve been unable to track my order all day

Like I said before, just find it weird I haven't even received an 0033 number 😕 makes me think I might not actually end up ever getting the bloody thing.

My boyfriend got a blue one and my current device is the 13PM in serria blue so wanted a change BUT the blue is lovely looking so I’m quite excited for the change. Just hoping it comes Saturday & i get the barrage of EE texts overnight telling me my contract has changed 🤞🏻

Was the order online or phone.. Not sure if that changes anything.. I had mine done over the phone and got the first email rather fast then one a week after that and one after that though none today.

Try with your email not mobile number as mine only works when I use email.. When I try phone number is had always said I can't track it yet or something like that.

Right guys it’s the end of the road for me 😂😂 

I have now my iPhone 15 pro max ordered on the 16th 10am well it was ordered on the 15th but let’s not talk about that anymore 😂😂 order 0033081 

It’s worth the wait the Natural Titanium is gorgeous! 
I will see you again next year 😂😂😂😂

But they have loads in blue lol. Clearly too many people want NT and going from the many many videos I see online or reviews clearly most people went that way.

That really sucks!! This launch has been a total fiasco!! It should be first come first served basis. Hoping you get some updates asap

I did mine online, but surely they'd still be able to give me an 0033 number by now? Unless they're prioritising phone orders first which is a bit scummy if they are.

It’s totally not fair!! Really should be delivered to people by their date of order
