Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Phone received yesterday 😀. The Black Titanium looked nice for all of 5 minutes before it’ll spend the next 2 years in its case 😅.

Hopefully those waiting won’t have to wait much longer. Ended up waiting 24 days in total.

Ordered on the 20th, haven't even got an 003 number yet. Really confused. CS have said it's definitely on its way though, however everyone who ordered after me seems to have an 003 number so who knows.

Yeh that's it, one of my friends works for BT so gets the EE 30% F&F discount. Each BT or EE employee gets 5 friend and family discount codes per year, that give the recipient 30% off their total contract cost (so the handset cost as well if you choose for no up front payment for your device), and that will carry over for the lifetime you are with EE for. So a fairly good perk all in all!

Ohh yes  it's definitely on track lol. Customer service have zero info and said so many things to so many people here it's really bad.. We just have to keep waiting it seems.

Has anyone who ordered a 256pm NT after the 20th revieced anything other than the "thanks for your order" email?

To be fair it's probably my own fault for picking the most popular colour, I usually just go with the colours most people hate 🤣

Yer true we should of gone for blue, they have been going out so fast lol. I also tend to go with black but the cameras on the back are so big now and dust shows a load and hard to clean between them.. its a OCD problem for sure lol. So yes NT was my choice, that and from what I have seen online it looks epic.
