Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

All I get told is it's an open order and says the 28 day thing.. My order was on the 21st so by that I should not have too long but if they don't have stock in 28 days not much is clearly going to change lol.

Just got my text from DPD for my 1-hour delivery slot.   The text also included a pin

I’m hoping mine is soon enough when talking to them they will not give me any information other than 28 days from order which I state to them I already know.

I have received my 1 hour delivery slot (13:10-14:10) this morning, reconfirming the pin code that has been on my DPD tracking since yesterday - i'm at work but have somebody on hand at home with the PIN so hopefully in about 4 hours this will all be over 😂

I ordered 256GB PM NT on 15/9 confirming order 16/9 at 11:18am - order number 0033085, the spreadsheet has been updated to mark mine as delivered yesterday but i'll post again when it is actually delivered for those that are still trying to assess which circle of delivery hell they are in

New phones arrived, had a non VIP delivery window of 10:30 to 11:30 which was nice 😃. Transferring from my 14 PM to the 15 PM worked great, even my eSIM has transferred over automatically without any hassle. Definitely feels way lighter in the hand, doesn't sound like much on paper but it's very noticeable. Strangely EE still hasn't requested my phone back yet even though it was an anytime upgrade after 12 months of a 24 month contract, no texts, emails or anything in the packaging 🤔

See you all in a year or two to start the pain again 😄
