Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve got the app but no pin, the tracking is showing find. I’ll just make sure I have ID to hand. Panicking they’ll walk away with my overdue phone when I go away tomorrow

DPD send it not long before it comes on that day... That's why I was so worried when I find EE gave the wrong number.. Something they said they cant change 4 times then the 5th person did like some magic or just a FAT lie.. Time will tell for me haha

Hopefully they don't need one then as if it's showing on tracking app then it's on DPD system correctly 🙂

the driver can send you a new pin when you meet them. had to do the same with my mum. so you should be good even if you don't have one.

just spoke to EE this morning, apparently they have had a delivery of White Titanium, so anyone waiting on that should hear from them soon. I ordered mine on 28/09/2023 and this morning when i spoke to EE they told me it should be dispatched within 7-10 days

Just had this by text from DPD.....
We will deliver your -EE- parcel today between 14:01-15:01, give your driver Navjot PIN code 7846 upon delivery

I jumped from NT 512 to Blue 512, rang 9.30am yesterday (delivery today).
At that time they had over 400 in stock. I had to ring twice, spoke to Sunderland CS first and then Scotland CS (cant remember exactly where they said they were) and miraculously they both quoted the stock level of over 400. That gave me the confidence to risk the change.

I think that’s optimistic thinking honestly. People who ordered the same phone as you right after preorders opened still haven’t received. EE are just telling people what they want to hear

Speaking to ee now and they’ve given me nothing to go off so I’ve just sent them this and al l they could say was ‘I am afraid that we cannot simply just check the orders just like that and I can only handle your account queries. Also, many people do not receive the devices and simply say it as well, I cannot confirm random orders either’
They are no help when it comes to asking them regarding the order. Did you speak to them over the phone or on the chat, as the people on chat are not helpful whatsoever and after half an hour I’ve got no where. I’ve ordered the wt pm 256 on the 28th and not had an update on tracking other than on track and they won’t tell me more than that.

i spoke to them on the phone, and you are correct, they can only check your specific order, regarding my order multiple times they confirmed that it has arrived at the warehouse and awaiting pick up from DPD, they even sent me a text message to confirm this
