Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Sorry! Yeah 9:27 my order was processed. Pre ordered on the 15th but had the email that they had to have more info from me. Had a call back and they had to put it through again as the systems were down. Had my tracking ID straight away.

Was cancelled the 256GB and reordered 512GB blue titanium on Saturday as website said it depatched within 3 days .

If you haven’t been issued with a pin from DPD when you received delivery confirmation, you wont need one. Just ID

PIN is from DPD, do you have the app? Usually shows it on your active deliveries although I’m not sure everyone has had a pin, 95% have but others haven’t been given one and think it’s been fine, if worried then call EE/ DPD to confirm

DPD sent me the pin by text last night. It is also in the app.

Text also last night from EE says......   "DPD may ask you for a one-time pin. If required, they will send this to your mobile number on the morning of delivery."
