Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

PM NT 256 on order. Have now received my DPD text. Order confirmed 16th Sept and 003308 number. Hope everyone else gets theirs too.

Im in the same boat. Ordered at 8:30am on 16th and seeing people ordered hours after me getting notifications from 2pm this afternoon. Yet no DPD notification my end. Called them to be advise no stock and they’re response to later order being filled before earlier ones:: “the warehouse appears to be allocating deliveries randomly to outstanding orders. Hopefully yours will get picked up soon”. So FCFS is complete and utter BS and it’s a case of whenever at this stage! wont be making this mistake again next year! Order direct from Apple and sell my EE device to cover part of the cost. Pay off whatever left and go SIM only! Absolute S**T SHOW this year!

Wow that’s awful, I haven’t got anything for returns yet, just gonna sell my 14 PM as can usually make abit of money rather than trading it in but £700 is abit much! I would call once you get the phone to complain and get compensation for charging you when you haven’t got your phone, ask for a free bill for the month as I’d have thought it was illegal to do what they’re doing to be honest as you can’t trade in when you don’t have a new device!

Have you seen people receiving the same phone as you  as most likely Black might just be abit behind the other colours in that storage option, seems to be a good amount of 512GB going out which, I will probably go for that option next time as seems to be less popular!

Is that PM or AM? My order number is way later then it should be for my time I ordered (15th) but that’s just me getting unlucky and the manual ordering being later than most but seems to have worked out as got my DPD now 0033094

What is your first 7 digits of 033 if you have them? And when did you order? 0033073 up to myself (0033094) has seemed to have gone out but maybe some haven’t got theirs yet even in that range it seems

I am praying for you! Could it be even down to the warehouse in your area? If it helps I’m from Hull, Yorkshire and my closest depot is Goole, fingers crossed your in tonight’s batch as you should be!
