Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Struggling to get my head around people ordering after me getting it, very strange.

Worst iPhone launch I've ever encountered in my 6 years of being with EE though, I know that much .

 I placed my order for my iPhone 15 pro Max on release date however, I received an email saying I need to contact EE to confirm. Took until the 18th to be able to speak to someone. Everything got sorted and was told I would still get it on release date. However my estimated delivery date is between the 30th of October and the 3rd of November.

I had similar happen. Tried to place order on 15th and couldn't, managed to place order & sign everything on 16th. Got in touch on 17th as no order confirmation, they said to give it 24-48 hours. Got back in touch on 18th and the order never went through properly. So reordered on the 18th which is when I got my confirmation etc. I currently have the same EDD as you.

So can DPD still send emails about dispatch tonight? Ordered at 9:27 on the 16th Pro Max NT 256GB and others who have ordered after are getting them 😅 surely whats the point of a pre order? 

I am certain for sure, that this will be my last contract with EE.

Ive just changed my order from black titanium 512 to blue 512 as they were in stock and got told it should be with me friday, will see if i get a text tomorrow or thursday. Did you order yours recently?

Has there been many  DPD text today for the PM NT 256?
