Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

When did you order? I ordered 16th 7.09am and it’s coming tomorrow. Never got any EE update until a Barrage of texts and then the DPD notification came on the app.

Just rang EE trying to get any sort of update on the order - even a rough estimate like some of you have had and all they keep telling me is it’s definitely on the system (even though I can’t track with the order number) and should be with me within 28 days.

I ordered on morning of 25th for a 512 PM NT.

I tried getting an 03 order number and they said it doesn’t have that just an XKO number and an 02 number. 

I was told if it hasn’t arrived by 28 days to call up and chase again 😕

The 512 model is shipping quicker than 256 so at least you have that aha

A lot of us pre-order peeps are still waiting.

I only got an 02 and xko number. My order was due by Saturday and coming tomorrow, so there’s hope it’ll be on time!

I’m in the same boat as you

ordered on the 16th PM 256 NT

and no texts or notifications 🤷🏾‍♂️

called CS and was told that the order numbers aren’t chronologically going out because there are 3 streams of orders online, via phone and in store but I debunked this with the rep straight away and still didn’t get a meaningful update. Guess we just have to keep waiting

Just got a text from DPD saying they are expecting my parcel from EE.

I paid the £4.99 for guaranteed delivery tomorrow 😎
