Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

DPD will attempt to deliver 3 times. If they all fail they will return to EE who will cancel your order.

Agents are saying that even 256 is expected to deliver in 3 days.

Not that I am aware or saw. DPD notifications set to resume tomorrow for those whose EDD on EE app shows between 6th - 13th. My EDD shows 13th - 17th so not expecting a DPD notification till Wednesday.

So just spoke to EE on the online chat and what a waste of time..

The thing that bothers me most here is they do not even bother to apologise for the delay. Instead they make you feel silly for wondering where the item you are going to be spending money on actually is.

13th-17th is the expected date for mine. Really hoping I get a DPD confirmation Monday or Wednesday  🤞

That’s the same EDD for me - I’m hoping that I get a DPD notification tomorrow because a lot of people got their notification earlier than the EDD, and there’s apparently a batch of stock coming in tomorrow anyway

I’m just going by the past pattern, Monday and Wednesday is when the most notifications tend to go out on Monday and Wednesday. Plus a lot of EE advisor have told customers, myself included, that they tend to get deliveries of new stock on Monday and Wednesday at the moment so this is what spurs the bulk of notifications
