Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I spoke too ee today.. they have nothing in stock “again” I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the PM NT 256

being  told I should receive my phone by end of next week!!

Also has anyone had a bill come through after you have paid and upgraded and still waiting for the phone??

I paid  £300 to upgrade.but there  Still billing me same price even tho I’ve paid off and havnt received my new phone

I ordered around 2/3pm on Friday and I think the DPD notification came in around an hour after the order confirmation, could have been immediate and I didn't notice though, since I was working at the time. Delivery originally was said to be Monday, but it arrived on Saturday almost exactly 24 hours after I ordered.

Did any DPD emails / notifications go out last Sunday for deliveries made on the Monday?

Anyone know what happens if DPD deliver and you are not in?

Although my delivery window ends on 3rd Nov, I am going on holiday on 11th for 2 weeks.

Sods law and all of that almost guarantees when it will come. Don't suppose EE/DPD have any contingency plans in place, even if they did, would they work??

 

I might ring and ask, in fact I might ring and ask a few times to see how many different answers I can get....... (;0)

The EE tracker still has me scheduled for the 9th to 13th of October. I have low expectations of seeing that move. I'll be shocked if I get a DPD notification next week.

You should get a notification from DPD tomorrow evening around 7:30-8pm. 🤞🏾
