Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have yes I’ve got the same date as you also for my phone he sent me a text to confirm it won’t be taken and I’ve cancelled my dd too to make sure he assured me it won’t be taken will see also he told me my phone is at the wherehouse ready to be picked but I’m sceptical on that for my pro max black titanium 256gb thanks for the heads up tho hopefully I will see your phone soon 👍

Well my partner swapped to Giffgaff so need to call EE in the morning and cancel his order and the sim swap he had requested, good luck everyone! 😁

So this is annoying.. the website did say the expected delivery was 6th-10th October now it says.

Expected delivery date: Awaiting confirmation.

Started the pre-order on the 15th. had to finish and finalize on the 16th 9 a.m.

Still no change or updates via text or email or the EE tracking page on my 15 PM 1TB NT. EE still says my expected date is 09 Oct 2023 - 13 Oct 2023.

Order is 0033082 as well.

So many of the 256GB and 512GB NT models have been delivered looking at the spreadsheet, so what the hell is taking EE so long with the 1TB models 😡
