Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

15 PM NT 256 arrived this afternoon. Ordered on the 15th and confirmation on the 15th. EDD 6th to 10th October.

@fletch8911 not yet mate. But I spoke to giffgaff who confirmed it’s been ordered and wil be shipped with notification coming this evening. And other posts I’ve seen in this thread say notification came through around midnight. So will know early morning.

Irony is I called last week and the guy was obviously frustrated that I had even called because “we’re aware you haven’t had your phone and are continually updating the expected return date in line with delivery estimates”
The guy I’ve just caught before they close is very chill and says I won’t get charged but… well we have 400 plus pages of stuff they have said to us all that’s not quite accurate so, I remain unreassured 😂

Further update if you are doing the same call as I the guy just said he would sort it for me by cancelling my order and doing it properly - I literally had to raise my voice and say absolutely don’t cancel my order!
so just be careful, seems the way they were going to fix it is cancel my 15PM order and do a new one, given that my estimated delivery is by the 17th I’d rather get new phone, clear old phone, return old phone and watch my bill like a hawk and cancel direct debit if they don’t clear the charge/until they clear the charge

@Gazzavw ordered at 13:44 today mate. it was only a notification on the DPD app to let me know they have the package, not an email or anything just yet
