Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yesterday posted how I got a text saying 13th to 17th Oct, then in the evening a DPD message.

Today my 15 PM 256 Blue turned up - order 003315 on the 19th Sept.

Got the flood of texts this morning and one of them was my F&F discount had been removed so just had to wait on the phone to 150 for 20miins to get it added back on.

So don't give up hope - it could be sooner than you thought!

Same here, ordered 15th not long after 1pm and didnā€™t receive confirmation till 16:47pm on 16th and I have seen people who called on 16th morning get their deliveries already on the PM NT 256GB, not ideal.

 

I have same delivery estimate, hopefully get a notification tonight or next MondayšŸ¤ž

Does anyone know what the releases have been for the 15 plus? Just curious as nobody has really mentioned them

I would presume Monday will be the next set of DPD notifications being sent out.

Does anyone know how many 1TB PM have been delivered? I know I'm pretty far down the list (I only ordered yesterday). Just most of the talks have had to do with PM 512g or 256g. I ordered the Blue Titanium.

Currently on hold as even after being reassured I wouldnā€™t have a charge for not returning my phone yet I have had a text tonight saying Iā€™m being charged Ā£550 for not returning my phone! Iā€™ve been through something like this before with EE and if they donā€™t resolve it Iā€™ll have to cancel my direct debit because once they take the money you never get it back they just credit your account, which isnā€™t quite the same

my patient it is what it is/itā€™ll arrive when it arrives attitude has now evaporated!
