Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I'm still waiting for my phone too - ordered 15th Sep, confirmed 16th Sep at 9:30am. PM NT 256GB.

Sort of given up hope, my excitement has definitely dwindled and I'm no longer refreshing my DPD app every day because there's literally no sign of it. The fact I called as soon as I placed my order but the rep said the systems were all down for the day and to call back the next day pushed me waaaaay down the queue... and here we are, three weeks later, no phone in sight. 

Estimated delivery date is 13th-17th Oct, but I don't believe it at all!

Ordered mine on the 20th, all I've had is  "thanks for your order" email. nothing else.

At least you have an expected date! I ordered on the 20th and have got nothing but the "thanks for your order". No tracking code or anything. Brother ordered the same phone a day later and got his two days ago but I've been told it's somehow "first come first serve"

Yeah I'm definitely happy to finally have an estimation, it's whether they stick to it or not 😅

Such a shame to hear though, they've really fumbled a majority of orders this year and the handling of it has been anything but decent. First come first serve is an absolute myth!

Exactly my thoughts! First iPhone since the 6s, really looking forward to this upgrade however this whole experience has soured my enjoyment, almost three weeks for a phone is ridiculous. When I first spoke to support on the 23rd as I had no other emails, they said I'd receive it in a few days, and today I got told 18-20 days!

Yer I'm upset with it too however going from the classic 6S to the 15 Pro will be am amazing jump for you mate. Hope you enjoy it when it does and I hope we get them both sooner then that time given! I plan on getting this one and keeping it for a long time. I think the day of swapping faster is gone sadly.

It's just typical that the time my phone is on its last legs the phone I was trying to get is going to take 5 years to arrive haha, I just wish I'd get told more than "first come first serve" but I suppose that's all they know
