I understand that you would like to place a new phone order of the iPhone 15 Pro Max and would like to know whether you need to buy this with a SIM. Here at giffgaff, all our phones are unlocked and available to use on any network. However, It is a requirement for new members to purchase a minimum £10 plan with their phone, with the exception of refurbished (good, very good, excellent) devices. Not to worry though, this is a one off payment and you don't even need to activate the SIM/plan once it arrives. If you already have a giffgaff account with an active mobile number, you don't need to buy another plan. Just ensure that you're logged into your active giffgaff account when you place your phone order, and you won't be asked to buy a plan.
