Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yes. However I done chat with them and they’ve replied confirming my order will be shipped today and I’ll recieve shipping notification tonight for delivery tomorrow.  So I’m happy.

First post here and first time EE customer. Just recieved my PM NT 512 (delivered to my local store).

Ordered on 19th September at 5pm. Got confirmation email with xko number, no tracking number like others I've seen in this thread. Also recieved the 'don't call us' text.

Heard nothing until I got the DPD text this morning, giving me a delivery window of 10:45 - 11:45.

At 10:50 I got another text to say it had been delivered, so I went and picked it up and lunch, easy enough.

Needs to be approved first and then will show.

Yes, the upgrade request is still pending on account and the iPhone pro max is currently at EE warehouse and once it is handed over to DPD, you will receive the confirmation SMS and email with tracking details.

Nah. I’m not gonna use the gg sim,  I’ll be moving my ee sim over to my new phone as have changed that to sim only and got a refund for the issues with my account.  But all in all as from tomorrow I’ll have new phone and be ready to go with that and be done with my upgrade.  Fingers crossed

Tried to keep costs down with EE’s ridiculous sim plan costs. Minimum £25 LOL.

I got told this morning it will be delivered this evening but it’s not in stock and I’ll get a message when it’s in stock
